Elke week krijg ik een nieuwe mail in verband met mijn zwangerschap. Er wordt dan uitgelegd in welk groeistadium de foetus is en er worden tips gegeven aan de (toekomstige) moeder.
Deze week was het een tip die me zal aanmoedigen om een beetje meer energie in mijn blog te steken:

Reducing your stress level will make you a better, more productive mom. Try one of these exercises when you find yourself getting stressed during the workday:
Deep breathing
Inhale slowly through your nose, hold your breath for a count of five, exhale slowly and deeply. Repeat three or four times.
Drift away
Look at a picture or object that makes you feel good. Focus on the positive feelings it inspires, or simply listen to some relaxing music.
Keep a journal
Expressing your feelings on paper can be a good way to vent frustration. Write for five or 10 minutes without paying any attention to spelling or grammar. Many moms suddenly discover insights or solutions to problems that previously seemed insurmountable.
